I have bought TE 2013 and activated it. I've tried downloading multiple mods and installing them, but none of them load. I have tried ITST with the installer and Maxou and Sams patch by dragging and dropping. The mods are in the Mods folder and the Pak03.Pak file is in the Data folder. But whenever I start Tennis Elbow 2013 nothing has changed. The menus look the same and the mods don't load. I even tried it on my laptop and my desktop.

Create "mods" folder into "TE2013" :

koningjesper,
the last time someone had this issue, it was because he had installed TE2013 in 2 different folders and was installing the Mods in 1 folder while launching the game installed in another folder.
However, if you use Steam, normally it's not possible to do that.
