I was playing training club to just play matches for fun then I realized that only half of the courts (to Houston) are there and the rest are gone but the files are still in the mod folder for each separate court/event.
What should I do?

I had this problem too.
1) change courts numbers
(but i can't remember where 
)or
2) delete your game and reinstall it.
