You have to replace the misc_00.tga in the « Net » folder with the new one that you have in your downloaded file, if you want to play with the 2dNet.
Go to TE2013, Mods, The name of your mod, Data, Models, Textures, Nets, The name of your short, and copy paste your new the misc_00.tga file
