So, the maximum points CPU players are allowed to have in WT is 100. Is there a way to decrease that number ? I'm trying to make the game more slow paced. Thanks !

Hello,
no ; you can only make the players globally less strong. Lower the norms in the [WT_SkillNormAtpRT] section of your Tennis.ini .

eg: HighNorm = 0.87 => n°1 player skill average = 87%
set it to 0.82 => n°1 player skill average = 82% => globally less strong
