Ok I uninstalled all instances of TE and reinstalled Vanilla (PC Steam)
Made sure advanced setting was on, downloaded and ran installer and nothing popped up
Ran as administrator, exe doesnt bring up any windows
Tried the rar files and extracted them to the TE folder
Still only Vanilla opens when I launch the game
Thoughts?

try launching "Run_ITST_Mod.bat".
