So In the game it has different shot sounds like Wimbledon, Rome, Madrid etc. I was wondering if their was anywhere that stated what shot sounds go best with each tournament. For example what shot sounds go best with Dubai and thingsof that sort. Also I downloaded audacity to try and edit the sound. Do you know how to use the editing when it pertains to the game.

Decide by trying. I recommend you to use what I share for Roland Garros, Wimbledon (Center Court Sound) and Australia Open. The choice is still yours.
