If i understand well your request just copy/paste the outfits you want in the corresponding folder.
Yo must open the player and save it.

But if your question is about world carreer, i don't know how to change automaticly each players...

And because i am french, my English is not always good (i speak better than i wrote)

for career mode, copy outfit code, and paste it on players.atp.ini
