I would like to remove country names and move "men's singles qualy r1" from itf scoreboard

try to change it in ITF25S_hud.def

find "def FullScoreRankCountryX", "def TrnY" and "def LightScoreRankCountryX"
change the line into "def FullScoreRankCountryX 10000", "def TrnY 10000" and "def LightScoreRankCountryX 10000"

if the file don't have these line, just add them. I think this should work.
