Don't want to speak for Manu, but I think you should look in playersATP file and check if Tsitsipas's best rank is in Top 60, or you can go to tennis.ini, where down is [WT_Static], where you can find BestRankPick and try to rise it up to see more players and maybe you will find Tsitsipas too.

By default, the game only shows you players with a BestRank better than 60.

Edit Tsitsipas' BestRank or

1) Open tennis.ini file or the .ini of your profile.

2) CTRL+F and type "BestRankPick"

3) Edit the number so Tsitsipas can be chosen.
