Had the same issue (MAC). Did the following and it's working now:

On training mode, change Djokovic's shirt and forehand and save the revised player. It worked for me..

Hello, I don't understand, textures, courts, nets, it's not working, even if when I want to create a player, the skin is blue and I can't change anything. I think the data folder is just not working, as the Profiles' one (with Madrid, Nitto ATP Finals, Grand Slams are here) is working well.
FYI, I downloaded the files with the links put in Page 3 by the OP.

if anyone has a solution, i'd be glad to receive it. Thanks in advance and thanks for the massive work.

wrong, thats not how you put it
1. make a folder in the mods folder something like "juanabolche patch"
2. then put the files data, menu, scripts, sound separately
3. and put profile and sound folders in the main folder
