If in data, models, anims your player 1 is Federer, open this file (player1) and assign anims for him (copy/paste)

you have to compare with your players in the character file
ex.here, del Potro have the n°24 for his serve ; if i want to replace his serve, i go to playermale24 and copy/paste service.anim, service.txt, service.waiting...in that file (playermale24) ; same thing for FH, BH...

i don't play career mod, but i think when you select your player, the anims doesn't change
