Im kinda new to this forum so could someone please explain to me how to change outfits which ive downloaded already
should i just replace the files or what

Hi, and welcome on this forum!
Just copy/paste shirt you want in TE2013 > mods (if you have one) >patchMaxou (for example) > data > models > texture > male.
Just be sure to have shirt01..., shorts01... (shortS with an "S")
