For ARSEN : download a video (highlight on YT - here Schwartzman for ex. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gZ2d-gOvvFE), convert your video in .mp3 format, then cut the parts you want.

Schwartzman has not "many" grunts, but you can find it in the video link i have put

I made it with AUDACITY with wav format and louder sound option. It work good for me.
Sorry if you can't hear sound very well :cry:
