Shoes aren't so difficult to make.
I use, for this, photofiltre http://photofiltre.free.fr/frames_en.htm (little bit faster and easier for me this time to make shoes than PS)
Just take a picture of shoes you want create, resize it on 276 x 198.
I will try to post a little tutorial on YouTube about this, because i don't know the terms of all tools in English
