Sorry, but I think it's not, because this image has a poor quality and I mean I can't make a playable court of this source.

I hope you enjoy it, because neither the picture you gave me nor the sources I could find had a real good quality, but for a challenger tournament thats the best quality we can find on the internet. Hello, do you take request for courts from 2003 to 2010? Or you only do for 2017 season?
