I'd like to add that I've followed the instructions very carefully and I have 16 GB of RAM on my system.

I've fixed this problem myself. Here's how I did it:

For any 3D court that doesn't show correctly, first open this file from here: "Tennis Elbow 2013\Mods\Patch Maxou 2016\scripts\gamesys.ini"

Then find the Stadium you're trying to fix. For example Madrid looks like this:

Remove this line from above code: "Mesh = StadiumIn01"

Then go to this path "Tennis Elbow 2013\Mods\Patch Maxou 2016\Data\Models\Textures\Stadium\" and find the stadium. For example Madrid is in here: "Tennis Elbow 2013\Mods\Patch Maxou 2016\Data\Models\Textures\Stadium\mad"

Now rename the file "courtin1.jpg" to "courta01.jpg".
