I downloaded Sam Megapatch and it worked fine up until Davis Cup. I clicked on the separate link that was provided as instructed but the match lags badly. Any help would be appreciated.

Try switching off the FSA at advanced options

It is turned off. It's not lagging as much as before but it's still noticeable

Now that I've started the next tournament, the shadows are massive and players look weird.
