How do you make your outfits available for download and compress them into .rar files?

It should be easy to compress archives into .rar files if you have WinRAR installed — just right-click the archive and choose said option.
To make archives available for download, find a cloud storage service — I'd recommend MEGA — and upload them onto it. The site will have an option to generate a link for download.
