I bought te2013 off steam but every time I try to download itst mod, it disappears. I have looked everywhere but I don't know how to do it. I bought this game specifically to play it with the itst mod.

Hello,
it's a problem with Internet Explorer that deletes the file automatically. Try to download it using Firefox or Chrome, or change the security settings of IE.
