a question where do I edit to choose which courts davis cup will be played in the world tour? and where do I edit to choose how many and which courts take this into the training club?
hope someone can help me

nowhere.
the best is to keep the folder with court assigned for davis cup empty, as the game seems to pick up court randomly from the country who is taking part in the tie.
