Hi everybody, just for fun I was trying to create a tournament based on matches played on best-of-three tie-breakers (maybe long-tb)!
does anybody know if it's possibile? I just found parameters to define sets per match or games per set numbers but yet no way to define tie-break format...

that's my tennis.ini:

NbTieBreakPoint = 7
NbMasterTbPoint = 10

but it just defines nb of points into tb... somehow I have to define nb of sets=1 and set type=tb (normal or master), but how?

that's just a try, a single tournament for now(an event within the World Tour or whatever)

If you started World Tour, you can change nb games per set and nb points per tie-break now, but for nb sets I am not sure, you can try to change that now in tennis.ini file, or start World Tour again and during the creating profile, change nb sets for normal round and final round on grand slams, masters, 250 and 500, challenger and future, and qualyfing tournaments.

I would start it from scratch, so very easy.

2 - master tie-break (10 points)

NbSet = 2
1 - best of one set
2 - best of three sets
3 - best of five sets

GamesPerSet = 0
If you put 0 games per set, you will play only tie-break per set (normal or master).

So, if you want to play best of 3 sets, only normal tie-breaks, set:
TieInLastSet = 1
NbSet = 2
GamesPerSet = 0

and you can change:
NbTieBreakPoint = xx ... for longer tie-break

adjusted like that but still no way, match score looks like usual
seems like 'games per set' doesn't work as it never applies (tried 4 games, no results either)...or am I missing any other adjustment?

how about 'set type' parameter into Tour.Category? may it possibly affect the score?

Hi Lucas, that's not what I want...
just wait for some hints on how to edit set type or mode for playing tie-break only!

Maybe Manutoo or admins may help!

Yes I did, it works apparently only when playing and not for simulated matches, but it's fine... thanks everyone!
