Hi, I read some instructions how to add animations like forehand,backhand and any other gestures but i really don't understand. Can someone help me which folder is anims located?

I saw a folder playermale01,playermale02,playermale03 ........ And some are empty.

I want to change federer's backhand, where should i go and what should i do?

in the animations topic explain it very well, put your animation in a playermale folder, if you want more folder you need to added manually, playermale 60, playermale61, etc, etc...
then go to gamesys.ini and raised the values in StrikeAnim, you got there:

MaxBackhand   =   100
MaxBackhand_2H   =   100
MaxServe   =   100
MaxSliceBH   =   100
MaxReturn   =   100


you see there, I increase at 100 the amount of playermales. then just put your animation in one of your folders and tested in game, easy
EDIT:
anim folder is located in Data/models/
or look in the pak01 i think, and open it with Qped, extract the folder models, and install inside Data
