Thanks alot. I don't want to start a new thread, but I have few questions and I'll ask them here:

1. Can I install a patch (Sam's one in this case) over the game and still play online without problems?
2. What's ITST patch? Is it needed for online, for what is it used and where can I download it?
3. Do I need to make two folder f.e. Tennis Elbow 2013 and Tennis Elbow 2013 Patch - one for Online (no patch installed) and one for offline gaming (with patch installed)?

No problem; actually it's better to do it in 1 topic

1. Sam's Megapatch is focused on World Tour off-line play; so you can't play online with it.

2. It's a bundle of mods focused in realistic settings for online games.
You'll find all the info you need and the download in this topic viewtopic.php?f=29&t=8993.

3. You can do that or you can install several patches in ''Mods'' folder and assign which one do you want to run in Mods.ini file. (More info here topic29-11960.php ).

1. I understand that, but I asked can I play online with it installed. I mean, if I install it, am I able to play online anymore? (can be stupid Q, but well...)

You will be able to play with an unmodded game (both opponents) or having the exact same mod of your opponent (mostly ITST).
Your online games will never be blocked except if you share your key or have a bad temperament during one match.

2.itst it is a online patch
