To make it simpler:
I suggest to create multiple topics for 2014
One for each specialty (Outfits, 2D tennis court, another 3D, another Sound ............
Each modder send the best item he can do in the topic, which is his specialty, not need permission every modder leave the link (Mediafire eg for interested user)
This will require the modders, they send their best creations, not to end up with too many choices ((ex: Maxou send best Courttex/Courta01 3 / NPC and for each short 3D tennis 2014) the others will even for their specialty.

I agree with miharu. If we create a single topic for each kind of mod, for each year, we'll have a shitload of topics. How will Manutoo stick so many threads? This is impracticle.
Even if we create only for 2014, it is already too many topics. We have outfits (shirts, shorts, shoes, hair, cuffs and who knows what more), courts (2d and 3d), sounds, scoreboards.... well, you get the picture.

Plus, if we do like that, leaving each modder to post on the specific topic, it will not be organized at all. It will be just a huge community thread where everyone post everything on that kind of mod. This doesn't change anything, in my opinion.
