Can you show them also in player creation screen? Most of the people are using 2d mode, and unfortunately even in 3d we're not able to watch all those faces that close during the match

Some advices basing od Dolgo's face:
- use 'spot healing brush tool' to remove those smile lines
- use it as well to blend the colour of the face to the background
- when eyes aren't in one line, u can use warp tool or liqify to fix that
