check Tennis.ini in he main folder of your TE, open it and search (with F3) devmode. Change the value on devmode to 1, now put your court on the court folder, and restart your game, go to trainning club, to warm-up , and thats is it , press the numbers to change the camera.
When your camera is ready (the way you like how it looks) press 9, and that saved that camera in Tennis.ini (again)
now, close everything, go to Tennis.ini , change again devmode to 0, search for Camera (with F3) , and copy the camera values in your court.ini.
and voila

As i said, you must be doing something wrong, something like this:
Bloq Num on, Devmode off, or you close the game with windows close button.
