What's a big deal with players.atp.ini?
You open any webpage/pdf file containing year-end-rank for 2013 and you update the ranks for each player, and you can add another one for 2014 (but please don't add 1 for Federer as ur nickname my suggest).
Use ctrl+F to search players names in the file, and just add/edit that one value.
It's the second easiest thing to do when you're making your own patch - the first one is downloading other guys stuff, which is obviously the easiest one.
