First of all, my doubt is: what official world tour rules changes?
I dont know what is have to do... are you working for ITST guys? I though that you made your patch for the TE users.

The default option of gameplay (between elite-realistic-fair), for the online gamplay, Online WT, and official World Tour Online and all that thing changed last season. Here is the poll for the next year topic13-15293.php

It looks not so many people liked the current mode, so Heinrich wants the mod to be in certain mode to keep the realism (or at least i think that).

Was it intended to be used at the official tour that you changed your idea on your mod over a rule change in it?
Otherwise, it's plain stupid, sorry that I'm so harsh.
Although I do like the idea of fixed skills if that's what you meant with protected, but please don't make them so low as in Fair.

that will be my real question, I was thinkin that he meant the online tour, also I know that he play alooot , or did it, in online tours, everybody here expected this mod as a normal mod, like Sams one.
I dont know, in that case, you need to promote your mod in the online tours forum,or itst forum, instead of here. is just a though.

At the moment hMod supports only ITST when you want to play online. If you play offline (World Tour), game works equal to vanilla version. hMod is also the first protected modification e.g you can't edit, copy or delete parts of it.
