When I change the position, the player seems "above" the ground
This is how it works:
At first glance (assume that you didn't click on anything), you can only change X&Y coordinates number, and you can't change Z, which is the one you show me, up & down the biped.
Now you move the Z by normal, which is the blue arrow, up or down, then you can change the Z coordinate number, but you can't change X&Y accordingly.
