No,they will be deleted,so if you want to play with Challenger and Davis Cup,you should take Sam's Patch

Please do it in your next update, that is only thing who is missing in your mode. I boght this game because I want to play with your mod, not with any other but I cant play carrer if you havent challenger courts.
