I just recently installed the latest TE 2013 and it didn't come with a menu directory. What do I do in this case?

EDIT: I had a TE 2013 back up with the menu directory and the "ALL_hud.def" file along with countless other files. I created a new folder named "Menu" in my new TE 2013 directory, copied the "ALL_hud.def" over and changed it from there. It worked!

I have one more question though. Does the "Menu" directory get created when installing various patches/mods? I tried reinstalling TE 2013 and re-confirmed that it didn't create that folder. The "ALL_hud.def" file I copied over had Sam's 2012 patch on it. If that's the case, do you happen to know why Sam's 2013 patch doesn't come with a menu folder this time?

With this version of Sam patch,you have to download pakscape,link here:http://www.fileplanet.com/50620/50000/fileinfo/PakScape and use that to open Pak03.pak of Sam patch and you will find ALL_hud.def.Good luck!

I just wanted to ask, did opening the Pak03 and 04 files with Pakscape work for you with Sams MegaPatch 2013? Because when I try it gives me errors - so I am just seeing whether its just me with the problem or if many are experiencing the same error.
