I found out some players on the tour having to play only a few tournaments per year. They are having good results but with 8-9 tournies per year won't help they climb up the ranking. In my game, have a promising player who won RG beating top 3 seeds but still can't manage to break into top 10 due to the limited schedule. It doesn't make any sense. How can I change their schedule?

That is probably because they are good double players that are gonna play one or two singles tournament in a year, and since they have good stats, are gonna win a few matches.
