Modify net sponsor?

Hello!

I have just bought Tennis Elbow 2013 and I have installed the ITST Patch 1.13...
Can I modify the net sponsor logo? Now it is ITST1000 logo, but I want to change it into Corona logo, for example...
I try to change it modifying the file "misc_00" (that is in a subfolder of Pack03), but the result is bad: I see the new logo with "the mask" of the old one... the new logo seems CUT!
Can someone help me?
