When I play in Davis Cup in world tour the game lags a lot for no apparent reason! My FPS is 39 in Davis cup matches while I'll always have a steady 59 FPS, is it a known problem?! (I thought this was because of Davis Cup courts or outfits but I tried an exhibition match and surprisingly I had the usual 59 FPS!)

Who the fuck are you to be such a dickhead? Try to do something on your own douchebag and then we'll see how many complaints you will gain. You behave like some sort of sissyboy. And I guess there's nothing more shitty than you - someone who did not have any contribution to the game, just moans and whines. Guys here i uploaded a link with the Sam Patch with an easier installation method. All you have to do is:
1- extract the folder inside the .rar and paste it wherever you want
2- paste your key inside that folder

I cant guarantee you its 100%bugfree because it can have things that i just didnt notice.
BUT it includes this bug corrections: montecarlo court issue, washington and others net problem, miami crashing.
Also the changing outfits method works perfectly fine.
And I add the following things:
-no unknowncode in playoptions for first 75 customcourts
-every 2d court with time and servespeed back on
If there is any issue or new bug i think its beacuse of this last thing =P

Installed it, most things seem fine, but the grass courts are all messed up its black in the background and the court lines are way out of position. Does anyone know why?

any solution about outfit changing in the world tour i'm unsing the last build 6/3/13 and nothing solved !!!!!!!

It's not the last build. The update to have those outfits was released on 26th June.

Updating players outfits during the season
Now to begin a new season, you will need before to copy EVERYTHING from Courts ATP and paste it in you Data folder (in Mods), then in the Data folder, you will be to make the outfit changes in the Players.ATP.in. And whenever you are about to start Davis Cup matches, COPY EVERYTHING from Courts Davis Cup and PASTE it in Data folder (in Mods), replacing everything it asks you. And once Davis cup is finished, just copy EVERYTHING from Courts ATP to Data again.

You will be able to change/update the players outfit at the following tournaments: Australian Open, Post Australian Open, Indian Wells, Miami, Monte Carlo, Madrid, Roland Garros.
To do so you will have to do the following:

Whenever you get to a tournament listed here
Outfitao for Australian Open, Outfitin for Post Australian Open, Outfitiw for Indian Wells, Outfitmi for Miami, Outfitmc for Monte Carlo, Outfitma for Madrid, Outfitrg for Roland Garros, Outfitwim for Wimbledon.
Open PlayersATP.ini, in Outfitentry write chronologically the names of the codes below (don't forget to save and quit). So for example if you get to the Australian Open this is what you should have:
