We, Staff have just discovered that James Blake (Canada) and Togtdyalttai (USA) are exactly the same person, no mistakes could happens, we review all:
his Ip, scores, etc.
And right now we made few punishments to Togtdyalttai, and none is going to be removed. ManuToo knows already about it too, Like I said we reviewed several times. Abel, Stuey And I decided

1- He'll be ban for 5 months (verdict could extand if he try to return with another name) He could only return on January 2009 not before.

2- He won't be able to use the ID James Blake - Canada anymore, don't try to use another one.

3- All his points since Wimbledon is going to be removed (Wimbledon : 250 points, + Newport ? and Indianapolis? )

4- He will be removed from the League (2nd season, maybe 3rd season), won't play the Olympics, US Open, World Cup, Master Cup.

5- All accomplishment by James Blake (Canada) is going to be removed from the Ranking.

6- He was himself a member of the staff so we removed his functions and put Chiller new Reporter.

I don't know if he'll be banned out of the forum, or ladder, I got no idea.
This has been the longest punishment in TE history I hope that none will break the record, and too none will use multiplite accounts

I'd like to start out by saying that I'm very sorry about what I did. Having two nicknames was a bad idea from the start, and I don't really know why I did it. It wasn't to have two shots at titles, it was just to make me better. I didn't mean to hurt anybody else by doing this. I'm extremely sorry to anyone who is offended. I realize that I deserve punishment for this though, and I'm willing to accept it. Thank you for hearing me out.

Oh no he didn't! Tog is a nice guy, though. 10 months is WAY too long. Home boy might die before then. 10 weeks seems far more logical than 10 months. Heck, the world might end before then!
