This is classy match, davis cup at his best. After 1 hour and 20 minutes of playing we both agreed to get some break and to continue later tonight. Unbelievable match, he had 3-0 in first set, 5-0 in 2nd and 4-1 in 3rd but i fought back and even managaed to take 2 sets. Fourth set i broke him early and kept my serve till 5/4 and a serve. I had 1 match point which i missed and on a break point i did same stupid mistake. Anyway this drama will continue tonight...

I'm speechless, I was extremely lucky to win this one, so many net-cords, so many chances on both side, so many stupid partner mistakes. "Best" doubles match i ever had. The whole match was one big rollercoaster, I had 1 match point in 4th, he was serving for a match at 8/7 for and he had 3 match points there which i saved. Great game.

From last 5 points he hit the net-cord 3 times, two times when i served for a game and once on a match point. I was really unlucky here, anyway i really enjoyed playing this davis cup and I would like to congrats Egypt team for a win. I'll be cheering for you in the semi final, good game and good luck.
