i don't get the money from the sponsor when i reach the sponsor objective. for example my current sponso say 12500 for quarter finals or above in tet 250, i reached a semi final but no money. this happen also with my second player, sponsor say bonus for challenger quarter finals or above, i won i challenger but again no money

to get the bonus, you need to reach that objective a certain number of times, which is stated on the next line.
