Pete Sampras is holding the record with 286 weeks whereas Federer is with 277 weeks presently 8-)

Do u think Federer can beat it this year?

As Federer said he will stop in 2012, he has some chances to beat the record.
And Rafa not sure he could be n°1 again, how he plays lol..
It was a big catastrophe for Nadal when being n°1 then come down to n°4.. But now he is n°3 and Djokovic is still here.
Well Djokovic didn't play good in the begining of 2010 but I know he can do better, and I want him to be n°1, for me he deserve it. (or Roddick :whistle:

well i dont think nadal will be nr1 until around us series since he has alot to defend now in clay tourneys until rg then theres nothing but thats federers time to defend so lets see and he will defenetly break petes record he might even break it this year so

I think Rafa will return the No.1 and I think Roddick will be the No.4 and Djokovic do not know what God is doing is playing very bad ... very very bad, you lose to anybody, and I think Murray will to be the No. 6 or below, is also playing poorly ...

XD if rafa defends all his clay titles this 2 months and win RG then federer might lose no.1 but djokovic is also having great chance....but the thing is rafa and djokovic had a great clay season in this 2months last year XD so first they need defend their points lol but the advantage they have is rafa and djokovic had early exit in french open last year and federer won it so there it becomes tough...lol but by then roger gets exactly to petes highest no. of weeks as no.1....and if federer performs well in rome and madrid then no one can stop him from beating that record :whistle:
