I'm going to go with either Federer or Murray on this one. Despite Nadal being my favorite player I don't think he is ready yet to win the Open, but you never know him with.

Del Potro is my dark horse pick. This guy is going to go far.

Del porto might have a career threatening injury or Murray might suck as hell (like Djokovic).
