Sosa very likely did, he just hasn't been caught. And has avoided public persecution because he's likable and smiles a lot unlike Mark McGwire and Alex Rodriguez. My guess is nearly all athletes have at least tried taking performance enhancing drugs in sports where they can make millions.

Bonds admitted he took substances in leaked testimony. He "allegedly" didn't know what they were. Because as a superstar athlete, I guess he just rubs cream and stuff on his body for no reason!
