maybe it's related to some Mod you have installed. Try to do a clean install from the demo, not the patch.

The baseliner style is destroyed,you can barely hit winner.The slices are way overpowered and it's impossible to hit a faster shot off them,this just makes it better for defenders to slice you to death.

Gameplay : strike speed is slightly more capped when hitting low & very low balls ; this is especially noticeable on fast surface where the bounce is low This needs to go away NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it's completely stupid and useless...
Gameplay : all strikes done against a sliced ball are now less precise This one needs to go away NOW too...

Serena Williams - Vikky said it all. Thanks to new slices I lost my USO sf. First of all, slicing me all the time, reaching every stupid ball (short cross-court, deep accelerations) is impossible. Especially when I am your opponent or Vikky, guys know how our game works and it is just ridiculous for us to not be able to pass through. You facilitate the defensive style once again. I had never argued about new versions, I had always tried to adapt to it, but this is just too much. I guess I should become a defender, put a lot of spin and slice all the time, that is the way to success. -.- I don't understand why have defenders got so many changes in their favor, and baseliners haven't?

The slice needs to be in the mid range between the previous and the latest versions...it was too attackable, now it's a bit overpowered...

Yeah I never felt the slice was powerful enough before, if you find the right balance it will be perfect
