Hello, I understand that many parameters are relative to another like power is relative to precision and speed is relative to stamina. Similarly is Topspin related to anything. I see for the CPU players, the topspin rpm is same for players with Topspin attribute as 40 and another player with Topspin as 60. Both hit around 60 rpm in the game. How is that? Thanks!!

The maximum charge depends on the topspin strike speed, and thus with enough preparation time, all players will get the same topspin amount.
