It seems like there's no way or extremely difficult to aim while hitting a running shot, since aiming and moving are both on the left stick. Can the right stick be made for aiming while running, maybe with an accuracy penalty?

Hello,

it'll stay as it is, so it's fair for keyboard users. Most of the time, you can use the inertia to end your movement and start aiming.
