In which difficulty do AI and the player have the same reflexes? Do ATP and WTA tours have differences? If I play in incredible difficulty, what bonus level should I choose to make my player have the same speed to react as the AI?

I suggest you use AI Master 10 with a twist: Elite Control + no autopositioning. Matches are very realistic that way with more UE

From Pro-10 to Master-10, the CPU has reflexes similar to pro players around 150-250ms.

Incredible-10 has superhuman reflexes (around 30ms). Incredible-1 is around 125ms. You can test your own reflexes here : https://humanbenchmark.com/tests/reactiontime .

If the test result is suspiciously high, it means you have a big input lag on your monitor.

If you want to partly compensate for that, you can activate the Footwork Boost in your Character Sheet.

Women have the same reflexes as men.

What an interesting website, I conducted so many tests and now I've lost my confidence:) I tested my reaction is 230-250ms, so if I play in Incredible-5, what footwork boost level should I adjust to? Average, or max?

I'm not sure, especially as the footwork boost isn't a perfect equivalent to faster reflexes, but I guess that even with the Max, you should still be under the advantage of the Incredible-5 reflexes.
