Hello !

As a bunch of other players already asked,
it seems it could be a nice feature to add : could we be able to edit opponent outfit in WT or single tournament, before a match ? I spend quite some time in player customisation in my training club, it would be great just to be able to import that quickly before a match in WT or single tournament.
The opponent stats could be locked when importing or editing an outfit, but we should be able to import an outfit from training club, or just manually edit outfits and anims of the opponent before a match. The trick of editing the opponent outfit directly in the ini file is probably not possible for console players I guess, and is not so intuitive on PC.

Hello,

in the next update, add this line to your Tennis.ini, under [WorldTour] :
EditMatchOutfit = 1
(HowTo => topic19-32161.php )
And you'll be able to edit the outfit configuration from the Match Presentation screen (including animations).

You'll have to manually change all the stuff, or handle your own list of Outfit codes and copy/paste them. (ie: in a text file or from loading/saving players in the Training Club)

If you exit the match and resume it, everything will be reset.

For the XKT Mod : I told Stef what changes he had to modify (and thus it'll require an XKT update).

Is there a way to do it on console?? It would definitely improve the experience in career mode

one of my last wishes for this amazing game is for sure the abilty to change outfits more easily, especially in training club, just pick your player and be able to cycle thru it's outfits instead of copying outfit codes or having to save each variant. Hopefully one day!!

So… I don’t know what to do… I activated the dev mode, ok. So now I do I do??? The only thing different on my screen is the dark rectangle on the top left of my screen. But how do I access the tennis.ini file to change it?? I can’t find it anywhere… I’m on ps5

you don't need to activate the DevMode, it's just an example, as stated in the linked page above. Just use WorldTour & EditMatchOutfit instead of 3dEngine & DevMode.
Note : if you have the XKT Mod, it might still not have been updated to support that.

Hello, it is not possible to implement an edit mode in the game menu? To change the stats for the career mode, the years of play of each player? Month I modified everything in the ini files my top 100 is nickel with mods but it is true that it would be simpler and less restrictive even if I think it may be unfeasible or too complicated, there would be this feature the game would really have no competition (even if it is already the case).

I play it all the time more and more congratulations for this magnificent work.

TE2006 had such an in-game editor, but it's a lot of work to create it and then maintain it, and my time & energy are better used adding things to the game that are really missing ; there, it's already possible to tune all the players with a text editor, which is actually much more convenient for many tasks.
