I own TE4 on PlayStation and just got a Steam Deck. I’m planning to buy TE4 on Steam as well. Is there any way to link the PS and Steam versions so the same career can be played across both?

unfortunately, there's no way to transfer your saved games between PC (including Steam Deck) & consoles. (amongst PC, it's possible, though)
