Like many other players too, I'm counting the days until the new animations update you're working on
I don't want to put pressure on you, I was just curious if everything is going fine in your process, if the MoCap session went well, and I wanted to know if you are confident or not about the final result !! And if yes, maybe give us a small teasing..?

Just adding here, that hopefully mocap could present the possibility of a tweener animation in the future? As things are characters just spazz out in that situation.

I don’t think we’ll ever see tweeners in the game. They’re extremely rare in real tennis, and implementing them properly would likely require a lot of development work for very little impact on gameplay.

If there were resources available for improvements, I’d personally rather see them invested in something more noticeable and realistic, such as a dynamic net. That would enhance immersion much more and seems far more achievable.

Oof, adding net physics and player animations between points would be game, set and match for TE4, in my humble opinion. The game is already pretty much perfect as it is, but those little touches would be the cherry on top.
