Hello, is it possible to continue using the scores from Tennis Elbow 4 and Tennis Elbow Manager 2 between Linux and Windows and vice versa? Thank you for the answer

what do you mean by "scores" ? The saved matches or careers ? Something else ? Anyway, there's a big chance it'll be compatible.

If by TEM2, you don't mean the TEM2 Mode within TE4, but TEM2 the separate game, then maybe not.
