Steam or website?

Postby Savandil » 16 Jul 2025, 16:24

Hello

I'm not gonna lie but after trying demo 2 times i bounce off this game because of stiff animations. Then i read reviews and watched some videos and decided to try again an oh boy this fricking game! I turned off all visual aids like danger zone, remapped controls on my old controller and suddenly i fell in love in this game. Now here comes the tricky part. I'm on Mac and i have two controllers older one with proper Xinput mode that works like a charm on demo and one with Dinput that has broken mapping and ghostly inputs (this is not game fault! i tried TE4 windows demo on Crossover and the same controller works without issues as Crossover is seeing it as Xinput ). So i probably need Steam input to get it work properly.

Question:

I've noticed that game is more expensive on Steam (since they take a 30% cut), so will it make a difference to developer where i buy it? I'm asking because i have some cash left in my steam wallet that i can use.

Now I need to wait for payday. Can't wait for jumping into career mode :)

Hello,

if you have money in your wallet, buy it from Steam, it's fine.

Or if you want a Steam-free version, you can buy it from managames.com, and you'll also get a free Steam key to play it on Steam.
