I am trying to download the TE 4 launcher, and it keeps failing.

Hello,

on Windows or Mac OS ?

Be sure to have the latest TE4 Launcher, and if you're on Mac, delete this folder : ~/Documents/Tennis Elbow 4 ; then launch TE4 Launcher again.
